Machine + Course Package Policy (No Refunds)
By purchasing our body sculpting training program with included cavitation/wood therapy equipment, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Due to the nature of our educational material and the category of equipment being sold, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted under any circumstances.
This applies to:
- The body sculpting machine
- Any accessories, attachments, manuals, or tools included
- The online or in-person training program
- Access to course modules, forms, guides, or digital material
Once purchase is completed and access/order is confirmed, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Equipment Policy
While refunds are not offered, we do stand behind the condition of your machine.
If equipment arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, the buyer must notify Sculpt & Glow Academy in writing within 72 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
If verified, equipment will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the student.
No refunds will be issued — replacement is the only remedy offered.
Warranty Disclaimer
Unless a separate warranty is purchased or provided in writing:
- Equipment is sold as-is
- Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturer defects
- Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repair is not covered
Final Sale Agreement
By submitting payment, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:
✔ No refunds will be provided for the machine or training program
✔ No cancellations or chargebacks are permitted
✔ Replacement—not refund—is the remedy for confirmed defective product
✔ Access to course materials constitutes acceptance of this policy
